Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
